Therapy services
providing accessible, relationally centered mental health care while training the next generation of compassionate clinicians.
The Institute is designed to provide accessible, relationally centered mental health care while training the next generation of compassionate and responsive clinicians. Our fellows are carefully selected based on their clinical potential, commitment to community care, and dedication to helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and strengthen their relationships.
Under the supervision of experienced, licensed clinicians, fellows provide individual, couple/marital, and family therapy services to clients across Pennsylvania. Therapy is offered in a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Challenges
At the Institute, we understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when financial barriers make support difficult to access. Because of our deep commitment to serving individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds and life circumstances, we provide reduced-rate therapy services to all clients through our fellowship program.
Clients participating in services with our fellows pay between $1 and $50 per session, depending on household income and the number of individuals living in the home. Our goal is to ensure that quality mental health care remains accessible and equitable to all.
Whether someone is navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, family conflict, grief, or major life transitions, our fellows are committed to walking alongside clients with empathy, curiosity, and care.
The Institute proudly serves individuals, couples, and families across Pennsylvania through both in-person and virtual appointments. If you are interested in beginning services or learning more about the fellowship program, we welcome you to contact us for more information.
